Cancellation Policy

a) The Company Arnam Impact Pvt Ltd (OneMitr – an initiative by CancerMitr), hereafter referred to as OneMitr believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within [24 (twenty-four)] hours of placing an order for goods/services and if we have not already dispatched the goods and/or rendered our services.

2. There is no cancellation for products/services which are placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.

3. No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that OneMitr’s marketing team has obtained on special offers from its vendors. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible.

4. The Company does not accept cancellation requests for consumables like medical tests/kits.

b) Cancellation/returns may not be possible for certain products/services under the following conditions:

1. Damages due to misuse of product(s)/services.

2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product(s)/services.

3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.

5. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer or vendor’s warranty.

6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

7. Any product/service that has been used by the customer for the desired purpose.

c) OneMitr has the right to determine the condition of product(s) and/or the nature of services for refundability or exchangeability.

Return & Refund Policy

The return and exchange policy for products/services sold offline or online is 10 days from the date of delivery. For certain specific consumable and/or perishable products/services, there are no returns/exchanges.

In circumstances beyond our control, where you receive damaged/defective product(s)/services or a product/service that is not the same as per your original order, we will replace the product/service to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product(s)/service, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team, who will guide you on the process at our Customer Service email – hello@cancermitr.com.

The return process of the product/replacement of service can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the services/product(s).

(a) Conditions for return/replacement:

1. Please notify us of the receipt of damaged/defective product(s)/improper service within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery.

2. Product(s)/service should be unused.

3. Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.

4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to the product(s) in transit.

5. Specific product(s) being offered by our registered vendors may have a different return policy. Please check the policies and terms on the Website at the time of purchase.

Please note that unless the product(s)/services are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the product(s)/service from you. In such an occurrence, we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

(b) Refunds

We will process the refund after receipt of the product and/or receipt of confirmation from the vendor by the Company that the services remain unused by the customer. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

1. Orders paid by credit card or debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit card or debit card within 7 (seven) working days of the process being completed.

2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account within 7 (seven) working days of the returns process being completed.

3. Refunds will be made in case replacement is not possible.

(c) The Return Process

1. Please mail us at hello@cancermitr.com, giving the order no. and the reason you would like to return the product or get the service replaced.

2. We will inform you when the return pickup will be done by our logistics partner.

3. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

4. Cover your address label with the Company address found on your delivery note.

5. Keep your certificate of couriering safely, as you will need this as your proof of return.

If you are returning a product/canceling a service (not being a damaged or defective product/service) for a refund, and not purchasing another product/service, you may be charged for the original shipping/transportation cost and a restocking/sourcing fee.

Further Please Note: If a rare product/service is specially ordered/availed for a customer, the product/service may have to be ordered on a no-return/refund basis. This, of course, will be informed to the customer at the time of the purchase either offline or online through the website of the Company.
